Our organic whole nutmeg is single-origin, grown in the Kandy and Matale hills of central Sri Lanka and sealed fresh in a resealable kraft pouch. Warm, sweet, and intensely aromatic, whole nutmeg holds its flavour far longer than pre-ground — grate it fresh over baking, sauces, curries, and festive drinks, and a single nut goes a remarkably long way.
