Our organic dried curry leaves (kari patta) are naturally air-dried and harvested from organic farms in Sri Lanka. A cornerstone of South Indian and Sri Lankan cooking, dried curry leaves add a distinctive savoury, citrus-nutty aroma to dals, curries, tempering (tadka), and stir-fries.

Gluten-free and naturally dried to preserve flavour. The 0.7 oz (20g) pack is certified organic and part of our single-origin Sri Lankan range.
